Who is Jenisa Garland?
Washington is among those rare Hollywood actors whose marriage has lasted long. He and Garland have been married for 27 years and are still going strong. Articlebio reports that the couple tied the knot on Valentine’s Day in 1996. They have three children, Isaiah Akin, Thyme and Iman. Expressing his anger, Arceneaux stated that she "had no right to put her hands on me," per RadarOnline. He said, “My feelings are hurt- I never received an apology.” Eyewitnesses claimed Garland “marched up to Merc while she was chatting with Isaiah and said, ‘Really, Merc? Really?’” adding, “She threw a drink in Merc’s face. And when Merc said to Isaiah, 'Talk to your wife,' Jenisa slapped Merc across the face.” More than a decade has passed since the incident, but Washington or Garland have yet to comment on the matter.
