Recent disappearance cases
Gowdy's disappearance comes just weeks after Ana Walshe of Massachusetts was reported missing. Walshe has not been seen since January 1. Her husband Brian Walshe who allegedly abused her "physically" on several instances allegedly killed her and disposed off her body. The last court hearing was held earlier this month and the next one is set to happen on March 1. Another woman, Nicola Bulley was later reported missing on January 27, 2023, from St Michael's on Wyre in Lancashire, United Kingdom. The police said that there was no suspicious activity around the case and Bulley might have fallen into the River Wyre. On February 19, Sunday, a body was recovered from the river near where Bulley went missing. The body is now getting investigated.
