Who is Anita Dunn's husband? Joe Biden advisor said Covid-19 was 'best thing that happened to him', claims book
According to a new book penned by veteran journalists Jonathan Allen and Amie Parnes, a top advisor to President Joe Biden had reportedly said, "Covid-19 is the best thing that ever happened to him".
In their new upcoming book, which is scheduled to release next week, the authors reveal that Biden adviser Anita Dunn made quite a statement in a conversation with "an associate" during the campaign.

According to The Guardian, Dunn's comment was something "campaign officials believed but would never say in public," the authors wrote in 'Lucky: How Joe Biden Barely Won the Presidency'.
A veteran Democratic operative, Dunn temporarily joined the White House as a senior adviser after working on a similar role on the campaign. Atlantic had once called her "The Mastermind Behind Biden’s No-Drama Approach to Trump". The 63-year-old has worked on six Democratic campaigns and three winning ones as she worked for former President Barack Obama in 2008 and 2012. She, later on, went to serve as communications director in the White House.
White House press secretary Jen Psaki didn't immediately return a request for comment on Dunn's remark. On Tuesday, February 23, the United States reached 500,000 deaths due to Covid-19. For Dunn's comment to come at a time like this, it has angered people on social media, especially Trump supporters.
"Vile Barack crony Anita Dunn said the quiet part out loud: 'Covid is the best thing to ever happen to Joe Biden' It happened because it was intentionally released by China to get rid of tariffs and install a puppet of Xi JinPing in the White House," one tweeted.
"Anita Dunn an advisor to President Biden feels that covid 19 is the very best thing that did happen for Biden. That must mean that the death of 500,000 people was good for Biden. Just shows how the Democrats are working for you the American people. NOT AND ANITA NEEDS TO BE FIRED," another angry user tweeted.

Many tweets started coming in equating Dunn's latest statement to the election. "Anita Dunn one of Bidens Senior White House Adviser told someone 'Coronavirus was the best thing that ever happened.' That Biden wouldn't have won otherwise. You still think it was an accident?" one asked.
"ANITA DUNN'S REMARK THAT BIDEN PROFITED POLATICALY BY THE DEATHS OF THE VIRUS IS AS APPALULING AS YOU GET ANOTHER WITHOUT THAT FEAR, HE PROBABLY WOULD NOT BE PRESIDENT, WHAT A WAY TO ACQUIRE THE PRESIDENCY, WHAT A STAIN ON OUR PRESIDENCY," another angry user tweeted.

Who is Anita Dunn's husband?
Dunn is married to Robert Bauer. In 2008, Newsweek described Dunn and Bauer as the new "power couple" in Washington, DC.
Bauer was the 2008 campaign's chief lawyer while Dunn ran the research and rapid-response unit. The former partner at Perkins Coie had also previously served as the general counsel to the Democratic National Committee, and had reportedly advised President Obama since 2005.
