SANTA FE, NEW MEXICO, A teen mother allegedly dumped her infant son into the trash after giving birth. The shocking incident is reported from New Mexico, where Alexee Trevizo, was taken into custody and charged with multiple felonies, including first-degree murder and tampering with evidence. She was taken to Artesia General Hospital on January 27 with a complaint of back pain before it was discovered she was in labor, however, she claimed that she had not engaged in sexual intercourse.

The 19-year-old woman is said to have secretly delivered the baby and then tossed him in a trash bag and claimed to have delivered a still baby. After the hospital staff found the dead newborn, Trevizo was arrested on May 10. In the newly released police bodycam footage, the clip shows the moment she was cuffed outside her Artesia home as her mother demanded an arrest warrant and then let her go.

She initially complained of back pain, but a medical report found she was pregnant and in labor. The 19-year-old woman claims she never had sex, and the baby was stillborn. 'There is a warrant for her arrest'

Trevizo's mother answers the door and promptly demands to see the arrest warrant. Not letting them enter, she makes them wait on the porch. “I'll bring her out, just tell me what's going on,” she can be heard in the video. The officer responds, “There is a warrant for her arrest I'll give it to her when she comes out.” “Can I see it? This is my house I have a right to see the warrant,” she demanded.

“We have a search warrant for your house, we have a warrant for her arrest," an officer explains to the mother who continuously asked for the warrant. “Can I see the warrant?” “Can I go up there when you take her up there?” Trevizo's mother can be seen asking as she appears distressed.

As per the footage, after Trevizo left the bathroom, a staffer goes to clean it and discovers blood. After calling on colleagues, they later found a dead baby in the garbage can. Later police were called on and the bodycam footage shows the moment a doctor told Trevizo and her mother, “We discovered a dead baby in the bathroom.” “I'm sorry, it came out of me and I didn't know what to do... I was just scared, it was not crying or nothing,” Trevizo explained.
