Who are Yossi Adler and Jennie? Couple and baby got kicked off flight after passengers complained that they 'smelled bad'

MIAMI, FLORIDA: Yossi Adler, his wife Jennie, and their then 19-month-old daughter, were on holiday in Miami when they experienced an incident of public humiliation, back in January 2019.
They were informed that they had to deboard the plane after their co-passengers claimed they "smelled bad." The devastated family was then forced off the American Airlines flight.
Officials told Yossi Adler that his family had 'bad body odor'
Adler, a 36-year-old business consultant, and his wife claim that Miami International Airport officials kicked them off a plane along with their then 19-month-old daughter and informed them that they couldn't board again because of their "bad body odor."
Adler reportedly insisted they did not smell, and he maintains that his family was only expelled because they are Jewish.
Passengers allegedly 'complained' about Yossi Adler's family
The event happened on Wednesday, Jan 23, 2019, as the family was getting ready to board a flight from Miami to their home in Detroit. But when passengers allegedly "complained" that they smelt horrible, their plans got scrapped.
Adler told WPLG Local 10 News, "All of a sudden, as soon as they took us off, they closed the gate and then they said, 'Sorry sir, some people complained you had body odor and we're not letting you back on.' "
His wife added that because they were so perplexed by the situation, they stopped travelers at the airport to determine whether they indeed stank.
The family claimed that after being removed from the aircraft, they were informed that their luggage would be given to them; however, this didn't occur, leaving them with nothing more than the clothing on their backs.
They left a car seat and stroller, along with everything else they needed to care for their infant, on the aircraft.
What did American Airlines do?
American Airlines released a statement that read, "Mr Adler and his wife were removed from the flight when several passengers complained about their body odor."
"They have been booked into a hotel for the night and given meal vouchers. They have been rebooked on a flight Thursday."
Yossi Adler claims his family was removed because they were Jewish
Adler claims that the airline is still picking on his family because they are Jewish in spite of this.
"There's a religious reason or some reason that they're kicking me off the plane," the parent is heard screaming in a video of him arguing angrily with airport workers after being removed from the aircraft.
"We don't have odor, ok? Nobody here has odor."
Yossi Adler claimed to be irate and curious about the 'true' reason why they were made to leave the aircraft.
"I want them to own up to what really happened and to tell me the truth," he said. "What was it?"
Following their arrival in Detroit, the Adlers acknowledged their successful reunion with their bags in a text message.
