NEWFOUNDLAND, CANADA: In a race against time to explore the depths of history, the story of renowned British billionaire Hamish Harding has taken a distressing turn. The OceanGate Expeditions' 'Titan' submersible, carrying Hamish and four other individuals on a mission to explore the Titanic wreckage, went missing on Monday, June 19, prompting an urgent search operation.

Hamish, known for his adventurous spirit and exploration endeavors, has earned three prestigious Guinness World Records for his remarkable achievements, which include a space expedition and two notable sea expeditions. As rescuers race against the clock to save the fate of the stranded explorers, curiosity arises regarding Hamish's personal life, particularly the identity of his children. 

Who are Hamish Harding's children?

Hamish, who resides with his wife, Linda Harding, in Dubai, leads a relatively private life. The billionaire is a father to two teenage children, Rory,18, and Giles,15, who live with him in the UAE. Additionally, he has two stepchildren, Lauren, and Brian Szasz.

While not much is known about Hamish's children, it was stepson Brian who initially confirmed that Hamish was among the individuals on board the missing submarine. In the face of this devastating news, Brian took to Facebook to express his concern and seek support. In a now-deleted post, he wrote, "Thoughts and prayers for my Mom and Hamish Harding. Hamish Harding, my stepfather, has gone missing on a submarine."

At his mother's request, Brian later removed the posts, stating, "For privacy, my mom asked me to delete all related posts. Thanks for the support." Despite the circumstances, a short while after discussing the rescue mission, Brian shared a picture of himself outside a Blink-182 concert in San Diego. He acknowledged that some may view his attendance as "distasteful" but explained it was his method of coping with the distressing situation. "It might be distasteful being here but my family would want me to be at the Blink-182 show as it’s my favorite band and music helps me in difficult times!♥️🙏🏽"

Efforts to locate the missing billionaire have thus far yielded limited results, with time ticking away relentlessly. The submersible originally had a 96-hour emergency oxygen supply, which has likely now been reduced to approximately 40 hours. As a result, the whereabouts of the Titan and the well-being of the five individuals on board remain unknown.
