Who is Angie Harrington? 'RHOSLC' star Lisa Barlow accused of sabotaging pal's party
Planning vacations and parties are two very sacred things for the women of 'Real Housewives' franchise. So if anybody tries to sabotage or ruin these events, you can be lest assured that hell hath no fury like the hostess of these events. The latest episode of 'Real Housewives of Salt Lake City' featured Lisa Barlow finding herself in a sticky situation after her best friend and friend of housewives- Angie Harrington accused her of trying to sabotage her charity event.
Season 2 of 'RHOSLC' is certainly solidifying Lisa's edit as the antagonist of the franchise. While we are still trying to understand Vida Tequila founder's inexplicable affection and kindness towards Jen Shah, while being aloof and disrespectful towards Whitney Rose, Lisa has managed to find herself at the center of yet another drama. Lisa's best friend Angie Harrington and Whitney are convinced that she tried to sabotage Angie's charity event due to their friendship.

Who is Angie Harrington?
Before we get into Angie's accusations of Lisa sabotaging her party, let's first get to know her. Angie was brought onto 'RHOSLC' as Lisa's best friend. The housewife shared in her green room interview that Angie and she have been friends for over two decades. Angie, who is a fashion and lifestyle blogger and influencer, explained that she first met Lisa when they were around 17 years while working at a call center. The two bonded over their gift for gab and talked to each other non-stop. Their friendship was further solidified over their mutual love for fast food.
Angie is married to Chris Harrington. Chris is the CRO of a software company called Entrata. The couple revealed on the show that their second child is transgender. Angie also happens to be a distant relative of Whitney Rose. Just like Whitney, Angie and her husband currently don't practice Mormonism. Angie explained in her confessional that although the Mormon community is making huge strides in understanding the LGBTQIA community, the couple decided to stop practicing it until the laws for everybody were equal. Angie, however, did hint that she may at some point in the future go back to practicing Mormonism when they are more inclusive but currently it doesn't serve their lifestyle.
Did Lisa Barlow try to sabotage Angie's party?
As parents of a transgender child, Angie and Chris wanted to create awareness and raise funds for a charity that helped the community. So, they decided to host a charity casino night where all their friends could come together to play various casino games to raise funds for the charity. While inviting Lisa to the event, Angie revealed that even Whitney would be attending the party. Lisa was unhappy on hearing about her co-star and nemesis not only attending the party but also being close friends with Angie.
Five hours later Angie reportedly received a text from the catering company that was supposed to cater at her event saying that they wouldn't be able to extend their services as they spoke to Lisa's assistant. Angie was puzzled and couldn't understand what the text meant so she asked Whitney what she thought of it. Whitney pointed out how it's no coincidence that the caterer pulled out within few hours of Lisa learning about Whitney attending the party and their friendship.
Thankfully, the party was a huge success but Angie wanted to get to the bottom of the matter. So she pulled Lisa aside to ask her if she was behind the catering company pulling out from her event as the caterer and Lisa were best friends. Lisa feigned ignorance and was offended by Angie insinuating that she threatened the caterer to not serve at Angie's event. After shedding a few tears and screaming at Whitney for getting in the way of her friendship with Angie, Lisa stormed out of the party crying. Although Lisa didn't admit that she was the reason behind the caterer canceling the event it, however, does seem like the housewife's jealousy of Whitney and Angie's budding friendship may have gotten better of her. We will just have to wait and watch to see how this plays out.
