''Where’s Nancy’ is nothing perilous': Brian Kilmeade slammed for dismissing brutal attack on Paul Pelosi
Fox News’ Brian Kilmeade unbelievably dismissed the brutal attack on Paul Pelosi, during which suspect David DePape cried 'Where is Nancy' with the intent to take the House Speaker hostage. “You bring up Donald Trump, January 6th and Paul Pelosi and saying they heard the words ‘Where’s Nancy?’” Kilmeade said on 'Fox & Friends'. He made the remark in response to Joe Biden's speech about democracy in danger on Wednesday night, November 2. “That’s the same thing the FedEx guy says when he needs a signature,” Kilmeade continued. “‘Where’s Nancy’ is nothing perilous. That’s what you do when you are looking for Nancy."
David DePape is accused of breaking into the couple’s San Francisco home on Friday, October 28, and attacking 82-year-old Paul Pelosi with a hammer. The suspect broke into the house and yelled, "Where's Nancy?" and then allegedly tried to tie Paul up, saying they were going to wait “until Nancy got home.”

Paul's skull was reportedly left fractured after the attack. Following the incident, Nancy Pelosi said her family is “heartbroken and traumatized." “Yesterday morning, a violent man broke into our family home, demanded to confront me and brutally attacked my husband Paul,” she wrote in a letter to her congressional colleagues on Saturday, October 28, 2022. “Our children, our grandchildren and I are heartbroken and traumatized by the life-threatening attack on our Pop,” she added. Paul managed to save himself by calling 911 from the bathroom. DePape was charged with various state and federal crimes, including assault, attempted murder, and attempted kidnapping. He has pleaded not guilty to all the charges.
Kilmeade said the attack had “nothing to do with” Trump and “everything to do with the crime in San Francisco and the illegal immigrants who overstayed their visa."
Biden, in a televised address, recounted the attack on Paul. “‘Where’s Nancy? Where’s Nancy?’” Biden quoted in his address. “Those are the very same words used by the mob when they stormed the United States Capitol on January the 6th, when they broke windows, kicked in the doors, brutally attacked law enforcement, roamed the corridors hunting for officials and erected gallows to hang the former vice president, Mike Pence.”

"If it was the 1940s this guy would probably be sitting around making excuses for Hitlers atrocities. Either he hasn’t even bothered to read the whole story or he’s absolutely as dim as he really looks," wrote another user. "Brian Kilmeade is a shameless j*****a," wrote one user. Another said, "The lengths these guys go to to defend the indefensible. It is beyond stupid. But some people still believe them."
