Wyoming State Senator Anthony Bouchard recently made some shocking revelations about his past stating that as a 19-year-old boy he impregnated a 14-year-old girl -- Frances Lynn Webb -- and they were married when she turned 15. A contender for Liz Cheney's Wyoming seat went live on Facebook where he said: “So, bottom line, it's a story when I was young -- two teenagers, girl gets pregnant. You've heard those stories before. She was a little younger than me, so it's like the Romeo and Juliet story.”
However, their “Romeo and Juliet story” ended tragically as they got divorced and Frances took her own life at the age of 20. Their son Tony Raymond Bouchard Jr, now 36, was brought up by Bouchard. The younger Bouchard is currently facing charges of sodomy by use of force, forcible oral copulation, sexual penetration by a foreign object, force and violence, and false imprisonment by violence on a 51-year-old female victim. He will be tried at the Tulare County Superior Court later this year.

Bouchard stated, “A lot of pressure -- pressure to abort a baby, I got to tell you. I wasn't going to do it, and neither was she. There was pressure to have her banished from their family. Just pressure. Pressure to go hide somewhere, and the only thing I could see as the right thing to do was to get married and take care of him.”

According to Florida records, Bouchard and Webb were divorced in February 1989 in Baker County. In 1990, Webb took her own life and was laid to rest in a family plot in Hahira, Georgia. Bouchard said on Facebook Live, “She had problems in another relationship. Her dad had committed suicide. He was a police officer, stuck a gun to his chest, and he died. For whatever reason, she decided to do the same.”

Bouchard’s website makes no mention of Webb or Tony. It does, however, include the name of his current wife -- Billie Jean. The site states, “Anthony Bouchard is an American entrepreneur who grew up in a blue-collar family with a strong work ethic. Anthony got his first weekend job at age 11 as an electrician’s helper and in his early twenties became a master automotive technician. Later in life a small businessman and he is the founder of Wyoming Gun Owners. Today, Anthony works with his wife of twenty-four years, Billie Jean, in the family septic cleaning business.
