During his consultation, Bruce disclosed that he had undergone weight-loss surgeries. He said he was overweight as a youngster and weighed approximately 350 pounds at prom. That proved to be a watershed moment in his life as he began going to the gym on a daily basis.

Bruce had 16 pounds of skin removed im his initial surgery. Even though the chest appeared healthier, it nevertheless appeared obese, like feminine breasts.

Six months later, Bruce underwent another operation, which resulted in craters in his chest cavity, giving him a misshapen appearance. A fat transfer was proposed by the doctor. They forced him to regain 10 pounds, but they took it all from his backside

. The chest looked slightly more full, but uneven. They had a lumpy texture. They sank within three to four days.

He was set for a fifth operation, or fat transfer, at which point he gave up and went to Dr Dubrow. Dr Dubrow examined Bruce and found that his fitness regime had made things worse for him.

Dr Dubrow began Bruce's procedure by creating an incision along the bottom half of the chest and elevating a flap of tissue.

He then formed a pocket beneath the flap, removed the skin, and drew tissue from his belly into the pocket to fill the concavity.

To give Bruce a nice chest shape, Dr Dubrow sewed the tissue into place and tightened the skin around the breast tissue envelope.

Dr Dubrow commented that Bruce's chest looked amazing with his nipples still alive during his day-one check-in. Bruce and Dr Dubrow were both pleased with the outcome.

How much does 'Botched' Dr Terry Dubrow charge for a reverse tummy tuck?

The degree of stretched skin and the amount of extra fat present determine the total cost of a stomach tuck. Dr Dubrow will assess you during your private appointment to establish your needs and the cost of the treatment.

Dr Dubrow also told The Cheat Sheet, "We do extraordinarily difficult, as you know, high-risk visual plastic surgery, which is more costly in general because the risks are greater. It takes longer, so if you’re looking toward what would normally be charged by revision specialists, I mean some of these procedures could be $90,000 or $100,000 out in the real world."

"Because we’re doing more than one body part, extraordinarily difficult problems, and sometimes we have these synthetic materials," he said.

"That have their own individual costs associated with them. So the procedure, revisional surgery of the type we do, would vary between $30,000 to probably $90,000 or $100,000," he added.
