When will 'The Haves And The Have Nots' Season 8 Episode 10 air? Here's what to expect after two-week break
'The Haves and The Have Nots' will be going on a two-week break after an explosive finale. It will return on January 26 on OWN at 8 pm. So we're going to have to wait a bit to know what's going to happen. There is no synopsis or promo yet, so we just have to make our own guesses for now. It has been an exciting season so far, with numerous twists and turns.
Season 8 began with a bang (literally). At the beginning of the Season 8 premiere, Alyssa plays David (Peter Parros) after he sleeps with her (we still don't know why he did that, but ok). She runs out of the house screaming rape, and then he drags her back in. She tells him that it was all for revenge. Apparently, David separated her from her sister years ago and she's been simmering since. Well, David is no fool because he was once Veronica's (Angela Robinson) husband, and he plays her recording back to her and that's the end of that rabbit warren.
David has been an interesting arc this season, apart from playing Jim's (John Schenider) lapdog of course. On Jim's orders, he has to seduce Hanna (Crystal Fox) to get the attorney papers, but that's obviously not happening. Nevertheless, turns out that David has caught the feels for Hanna, much to Jim's chagrin. Is he about to lose his little puppy forever? Well, that remains to be seen.
Meanwhile, Veronica (Angela Robinson) is simmering and that never ends well for anybody. After playing around with her boy toy Samuel and issuing homophobic death threats, she is out for blood. She has been helping Celine lately, but that's only for her own selfish gains. She's out to play some game and it might just be the most vicious one she has ever played. On the other hand, Mitch (Brett Davis) is in dire straits as he scammed his own family, and they're out to kill him. Candace (Tika Sumpter) has been in the background for most of the season, much to the annoyance of fans.
