BRENTWOOD, CALIFORNIA: 'American Idol' Season 21 contestants return to California after a thrilling night at Disneyland. The Top 5 contestants came a long way, passing all the tough challenges throughout multiple episodes. The five aspiring singers delivered their best performances during the semifinals episode of the ABC network show.

Disney star Sofia Carson joined judges Katy Perry, Luke Bryan, and Lionel Richie to mentor the contestants. The top three performers earned the viewers' votes and will compete in the finals. The contestants and the judges jetted off to Disneyland for the big night. During its annual Disney Night, the Top 5 finalists -- Zachariah Smith, Megan Danielle, Colin Stough, Wé Ani, and Iam Tongi -- performed classic Disney songs. Notably, the contestants' families also joined them during the semifinals. Just like every year, Katy's Disney costume was the talk of the episode. The pop icon donned the costume of the Marvel character, Mrs Incredible.

Meanwhile, host Ryan Seacrest joined the judges in his usual suit for rubber duck pajamas. Carson mentored the contestants at Disneyland Resort. Additionally, 'The Little Mermaid' star Halle Bailey and singer-songwriter Sara Bareilles also performed during the episode. Notably, the top five contestants joined Sara on stage to close out the stirring rendition of 'When You Wish Upon A Star.' The top 5 aspiring singers sang their hearts out but only three contestants Colin, Megan, and Tongi advanced to the finals. Ani and Zachariah were eliminated from the ABC network show as they received fewer votes from the viewers.
