‘The Flash’ has been airing its ‘Armageddon’ crossover event for the past five weeks and finally ended it with an amazing finale. The ‘Armageddon’ storyline has finally come to an end and it also marks the end of the show for 2021. In the final episode of the crossover event, we saw Barry Allen (The Flash) fighting Despero (Tony Curran) in order to save Thawne. Barry defeated Despero in an epic fight sequence, but only had 30 seconds to save Thawne.

Barry manages to save Thawne (Tom Cavanagh) by taking away his speed and the episode ends with the team celebrating their victory. However, a lot of fans had one question in mind after the ‘Armageddon’ finale: Will ‘The Flash’ return for another set of episodes?
