AMC Entertainment CEO Adam Aron has been trending on Twitter. Many on social media are congratulating him for successfully keeping the world’s largest movie-theater chain afloat, and eventually emerging from the setbacks of the pandemic. But many others are talking about him because he appeared to be wearing no pants in a recent virtual appearance.

During a live interview with a YouTuber, many couldn't help but notice that Aron appeared to be pantsless after his webcam fell off his monitor. And it took no time for that news to go viral.

CEO Adam Aron was talking to popular investment YouTuber Trey Collins about his recent victories in the share market, embracing AMC's meme status after its stock skyrocketed in a video interview.

Everything was going just fine till the time that the camera falls off the monitor. In the midst of discussing AMC's current financial status, viewers seemingly got a split-second look at Aron's bare legs as he gets his camera back up.

And this has simply been a hit on social media. In the video shared on Reddit, many users wrote trading puns and other jokes. "CEO's are just like the rest of us... They don't wear pants on Zoom calls," one user wrote on Reddit.

Making a trading pun, one user tweeted, "No we know why @CEOAdam was #NakedShorts on the interview. Well played sir!! " Another user tweeted along similar lines, "No-Pants-Adam-Aron sending subliminal messages about naked shorting"

Yet another user tweeted, "When the CEO of AMC cannot legally talk about naked shorts then proceeds to drop his camera for the first time in 5 years, revealing he is in fact wearing Naked Shorts, you take that how you will"

Even though it looks like there is no end in sight for jokes surrounding Aron and no-pants, it is evident that the pants have their own fan base. For instance, one user @AronsPants tweeted, "Thank you everyone for welcoming me to Twitter! My zipper is going crazy with all your heartfelt responses and support. If there's something we learned today, it's that: #APESDONTWEARPANTS I speak for all pants when I say that you're beautiful even without us."
