'Million Dollar Secret' Season 2 Episodes 4-6 Recap: Wrong eliminations spark chaos as stakes hit new highs
After Netflix premiered the latest ‘Million Dollar Secret’ Season 2 with the first three episodes, fans have been on the edge of their seats. With the first four eliminations, the game featured an exciting turn of events. The recently released episodes four, five, and six revealed even more interesting activities and more eliminations. The ‘Million Dollar Secret’ Episode 4 started with 11 remaining guests. With Nick being the new Millionaire, his secret agenda was to tell four people who their celebrity doppelganger was. Later, there was a guest activity at Vintners' Cottage. For that, guests were divided into two teams. Team White had Daisy, Kevin, Kasey, Lauren G, and Hunter, while Team Red consisted of Melissa, Nick, Kat, Umeko, and Kaleb.
Both teams were assigned a series of tasks, and Kevin and Kasey from Team White won. They earned access to the Trophy Room. Kevin received the clue: "The Millionaire was born the year Fight Club, The Matrix, and American Pie were released in cinemas." He asked everyone’s birth year, then shared the clue, which meant 1999. Four of the guests fit the given criteria: Kevin, Nick, Umeko, and Kat, as they were born in the same year. Lauren G. has been suspecting the secret Millionaire to be Kat because she's been “less bubbly.” With the secret Millionaire completing the agenda, the voting was null and void.
Episode 5 started with the double-barreled kill shot used by the Millionaire. It resulted in Kasey and Melissa’s unexpected elimination. Everyone was shocked to learn that the two innocent guests were sent home. The next morning, Peter invited Nick, the secret Millionaire for his next agenda. It was to put clothespins on 3 guests’ clothes. Along with that, another guest, Umeko, received a secret agenda: to hit 3 guests in the head with a beach ball. Upon completing the agenda, she could become the new Millionaire. Soon, the guests were sent to the private beach. Nick tried to put clothespins on Lauren G and Kaleb, but the two figured it out. He also, in a fun way, put the third clip on Umeko's finger - So he completed the agenda. At night, all the guests were invited to the Casino Night Activity. After three rounds of poker and other card games, Kaleb won and immunity.
At the next elimination dinner, everyone witnessed a heated exchange between Nick and Hunter. Soon, Lauren G. talked about “clothespin gate,” where Nick attached the pins, and that it might have been a secret agenda. The fifth episode ended before the eliminated guest was revealed. Episode 6 resumed from the highly anticipated elimination dinner. To everyone’s surprise, Hunter was voted out. After he left The Stag, Peter revealed a second secret agenda assigned to Umeko. "They were successful, and their reward is huge. They've stolen the millionaire's money. That guest is the new Millionaire,” announced Peter. The next morning, Peter invited Umeko, the new Millionaire, to his private study. Her next secret agenda was to say five phrases (Konnichiwa, Hasta La Vista, Bonjour, Mahalo, and Ciao) to the other guests.
Later that night, the guests were invited to their next activity. It was to be performed through fields of corn stalks. For the “devilish game,” guests were divided into three teams. Umeko, Kevin, and Lauren G’s team won the activity. As a part of the reward, they earned a clue regarding the new Millionaire’s identity. It was, “The millionaire was an intelligence analyst.” Everyone was confused at first, but later, some of them realized that Umeko was living in Virginia and might be the analyst in question. After the voting, Umeko was eliminated from “Million Dollar Secret.” Her parting words made everyone emotional: “You guys made me feel a lot cooler than I think I am. Good people like you, to know how you guys feel about me makes me feel good. So maybe I don't go home that upset.” She confessed to the cameras that even though she didn’t win the money, she figured out who she was. With only six guests remaining in the game, the stakes are now higher than ever.
