‘What a bum’: Internet mocks David Eason for asking food on DoorDash after split with ‘Teen Mom’ star Jenelle Evans
OAK ISLAND, NORTH CAROLINA: David Eason recently took to TikTok to express his frustration regarding his current situation with his ex-wife, Jenelle Evans, and the restraining order she filed against him. In a video that has since been removed, Eason not only criticized Jenelle for her actions but also allegedly made a threatening remark, suggesting that he would gather evidence to support his stance and present it in court.
"When we get to the courtroom, I’m bringing all the info, baby. I’m bringing all the receipts, and you ain’t getting no refund. It’s going to be wild. It’s going to be a very interesting day in court," Eason said, simultaneously trying to defame the Teen Star mom. "You made your bed, now lay in it. And if you can’t go to sleep in the bed you made, it’s probably because you didn’t make you bed right. You’ve got some dirty sheets," he added.
However, amidst the threats, Eason got mocked instead when he ended up asking for food from 'DoorDash' on the live stream, as the internet asked him to cut down on drama and find a better job instead. A user took to Reddit to troll him, saying, "Begs someone to buy him food from DoorDash, denies being broke and makes fun of people for saying he’s broke, and makes the excuse of “I just don’t feel like leaving.”
"B**** you could DoorDash your own self some damn food. The only reason you’d be asking others to do it is because you’re BROKE." Another user said, "Lol you know he has no money he spent Jenelle money on that stupid tattoo and now beginning to look for his next breadwinne."
"I guess dinner is not an option anymore," said one. "I wonder if he’s aware food banks and soup kitchens exist for people in his exact situation. Definitely way less embarrassing than begging for food on fucking TikTok," added one. "Someone DoorDash him a turd," added another. "What a bum," said another.
Why did Jenelle Evans and David Eason break up?
Jenelle Evans has officially decided to split from her husband, David Eason. This choice was made as David is dealing with serious allegations of child abuse, particularly involving the reported strangling of Jenelle's 14-year-old son, Jace. Just recently, Jenelle, a former cast member of Teen Mom 2, confirmed that she has legally separated from David, whom she was married to for six years.
Evans also accused Eason of both verbal and physical abuse, detailing a total of 11 separate incidents that occurred over the past two years. These allegations include an incident earlier this year in which Eason reportedly killed Evans' dog, Nugget.
Why did Jenelle Evans file filing restraining order against David Eason?
In her restraining order documents shared by PEOPLE, Jenelle mentioned why she decided to do what she did. "Because of his recent threats, his history of violence, his erratic behavior and his large stockpile of weapons, I am scared for my life and my children’s well-being," she wrote.
Evans further accused her estranged husband of trying to lock her son Kaiser in a running car. "While Kaiser was trying to unlock it, David continuously locked it again with my spare key, scaring both me and Kaiser," she said.
The court further has granted temporary custody to Evans, and as part of the order, by which, David is not allowed to have any contact with Jenelle or the children. Additionally, he is prohibited from posting anything about Jenelle on social media or the internet.
"For all of these reasons, I’m afraid that David will harm me or my children, and that he will continue to threaten me using text messages, phone calls, or on the internet," Evans said.
