YouTuber Elle Bee first reported 'Teen Mom' Jenelle Evans’ split from David Eason
Earlier on February 22, YouTuber Elle Bee said that David had been kicked out of Jenelle's house.
According to the content creator, Jenelle kicked David out of the house last week after reclaiming custody of her adolescent son, Jace Evans. He has reportedly been sleeping aboard the couple's boat, but this might change shortly.
David Eason accused of 'strangling' 'Teen Mom' Jenelle Evans’ son Jace
David is being charged with felony assault by strangulation for an attack on Jenelle's oldest son, Jace. In the aftermath of the alleged incident, a Child Protective Services investigation was launched, and Jace remained in CPS care until last week, when the case was abruptly dropped and Jenelle recovered custody.
According to many sources, David and Jace had a no-contact order, so when Jenelle regained custody of the teen, there were concerns about David's presence in the family. David is currently awaiting his first hearing in Superior Court after his case was elevated to a felony following a grand jury indictment in January.
Jenelle's husband has been accused of "strangling" Jace in an incident in late September. The father of three was first charged with misdemeanor child abuse in October, but an extra felony charge of assault by strangulation was added after he was indicted.
Columbus County's Director of the Department of Social Services, which controls the CPS division, acknowledged that Jace's case had not been closed, saying, "Not at this time. Not without my attorney representing us."

Jenelle responded to CPS' dismissal on TikTok after The US Sun reported it.
"So all allegations against me and my husband have been officially dropped," the former 'Teen Mom 2' star said, forgetting to mention her husband's continuing criminal prosecution for allegedly assaulting the adolescent.
"I wasn't going to share this information. I was actually going to keep it private and just kind of give a vague statement. But right now, I need to control the narrative," she said.
