Kanye West's antisemitic rants, frantic lawyer changes could delay divorce trial with Kim Kardashian
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Kanye West has been in the headlines in recent weeks for various controversies. The rapper has made major headlines, from the 'White Lives Matter' controversy to being banned from social media for his antisemitic comments.
However, legal experts are now shedding light on how these controversies and Kanye's constant change of lawyers could have a detrimental effect on the divorce battle with social media mogul Kim Kardashian.

As reported by The Sun, Kanye who recently changed his name to Ye has switched his lawyer for the sixth time for the divorce. A family law attorney Holly Davis claimed, "Kanye's recent antisemitic comments seem to represent a possible bipolar mental health episode that he may be going through." However, she added, "Kim has the right to limit Kanye's contact with the children depending on the extent to which he is saying potentially dangerous things or acting erratically with the kids. "
Holly also mentioned, "We are not sure what the possession schedule is with Kim and Kanye, except Kanye has admitted that Kim has the children about 80 per cent of the time. It is possible that Kim has not brought this type of action because it is moot, in that Kanye may not be scheduled to see them or expected to have possession of the children any time soon." Another legal expert, Kirker Davis LLP, stated, "Either way, his behavior does not help his case on any front."
According to The Sun, the rapper has been switching from one lawyer to another for the case. From Samantha Spector, Deborah Hong, Chris Melcher, and Robert Stephan Cohen, there are quite a few names in the list who appeared for him in this case. Kim filed for a divorce from the 'Praise God' artist, who is currently alleged to be dating 24-year-old model Juliana Nalu. There has been some continuous delay from Kanye's side regarding the hearing. To which Judge Cochran asked Kim's counsel to "invite" Kanye to respond in the case, Cochran said, "One way that Kim's lawyers could prevent the continued delay of the trial by Kanye's constant switching of attorneys is to contest the withdrawal of the next attorney until a formal and final trial date is set, no matter who the next attorney may be."
However, recently in an unaired clip of Kanye's interview with Tucker Carlson of Fox News, the singer stated, 'professional actors including the 'so-called son' of an associate of his had been placed in his house to 'sexualize my kids,' appearing to suggest that they were fake, reported DailyMail. However, in a recent episode of Alo Mindful podcast, Kanye explained his relationship with his children and claimed, "So, even to this day, I'll still give Kim advice on things that can help, because that's gonna go to the kids. She's still gotta, basically, 80 percent of the time, raise those children."
Furthermore, Kanye has faced huge backlash upon wearing a black sweatshirt with the tagline,' White Lives Matter' to a special Paris fashion weekend along with Candace Owens. He also came out with some strong vile antisemitic comments on social media platforms and was locked out immediately.
