'We Hunt Together' Episode 3: Does Freddy have a third accomplice cleaning up her dirty business?

A two-week-long wait finally comes to an end on 'We Hunt Together' as we learn the tip of the iceberg that is Freddy Lane's (Hermione Corfield) backstory. The femme fatale has conveniently manipulated the heavily traumatized former child soldier Baba (Dipo Ola) into killing two men for her now, and thanks to the detectives we know, Freddy has spent a decent amount of time in juvenile detention for murder. But is it also possible that Baba isn't her only puppy dog cleaning up after her violent urges? The third episode now hints at a third accomplice.
Episode 3 kicks off with Baba unsure of what to do with their random hostage whom he thought he had killed, the night they were trying to murder Matt. The innocent man was first hit in the head, then strangled by Baba, but when they arrive at the deserted hideout on the outer brink of the town, he gains consciousness. Thereon, he becomes their hostage and as Freddy steps out after being summoned by the detectives, Baba is left with the task of killing the man.
A lot of begging and pleading later, Baba's conscience spurs him into freeing the man as he can't go back into killing innocents, the way he had been programmed to as a child. Unfortunately for the man, this blessing is a bane in disguise; right as he runs free into the highway, a white truck zooms in and hits him, killing him on the spot. The truck waits for a few seconds, almost too suspiciously, as if to check if the man is actually dead. It just hits the man, waits, and drives off calmly.
Later in the episode, Freddy is seen driving by the same spot as her car comes to a halt probably upon spotting the body. She gets out, walks over to the body, kicks the man's foot just to check, before leaving with a trip in her step, and a smug grin plastered across her face. It's almost as if Freddy did not trust Baba's conscience to kill a third guy so she sent someone else to take care of that. Won't be too surprising coming from Freddy, knowing her expertise in manipulating men to tie up her loose ends. Freddy seems to have that kind of grip on people too, so a third accomplice won't be too out of the ordinary.
