Wanda's little imaginary world is collapsing. Vision (Paul Bettany) has realized that she has been controlling him, along with several other people in the town to craft an idyllic suburban reality for herself. This is exactly what she wants: a life with Vision, kids and a dog. Unfortunately, Vision sees the real truth at long last, because he confesses that he doesn't remember who he was, before this whole world of Westview. Episode 5 revealed that Wanda stole Vision's corpse and re-animated it. And now, is living in this reality. In the teaser for the next episode, we see that Vision is trying to break through the barrier that separates Westview from the real world.

Will Vision be the one to bring some sense to Wanda's deranged behavior? As things stand, she won't listen to anyone else. When she goes to meet SWORD, she tells them to leave her be, and that no one will take what's hers ever again. Wanda has lost herself in the grief of losing Vision and is willing to hold on to this absurd reality of false kids and a home with him. The truth is disturbing and her reality is fragile because there are points where she still sees Vision with a hole in the middle of his head, the way Thanos (Josh Brolin) had left him in 'Avengers: Infinity War', after yanking out the Mind Stone. Prior to his death, Vision had convinced Wanda to eliminate the Mind Stone, so that Thanos wouldn't be able to get to it, even though it means that he would die in the process. A heartbroken Wanda agreed, and destroyed the stone, only for Thanos to reverse the events with the Time Stone and kill Vision himself.
