LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Since the beginning of ‘Waco: The Aftermath,’ we knew that the judiciary is not going to be lenient on the Waco 5 and it will do anything and everything to punish them. On the other hand, something big is going to take place in the nation and it will start from Elohim City. Although we don’t know exactly what’s going to happen, Episode 3 of the Showtime series did give us an idea that people should be ready for something really explosive.

Gary Noesner (Michael Shannon) is trying to dig everything up about Elohim City and wants to know everything about it. While doing so, he thinks about a person who could help him in finding some appropriate information about the city. Gary goes to the Arkansas Prison to meet a man named Richard. The Federal agent wanted to learn about Elohim City and thought Richard would be the best guy to get some important information. Richard didn’t want to talk to him because he was given death by hanging by the court and he will have his last meat on April 19th.

Why is April 19th so significant?

April 19 is a significant date because it would be the second anniversary of the Waco siege where 76 people were burnt to death. Richard asks Gary if you were there or not. To which, Gary replies that ATF or FBI is not the one to blame for the accident because things happened from both sides and innocent people died because of the accident. As Gary was leaving the chambers, Richard says, “And when April 19th rolls in and I have my last meal. I will imagine the look on your ugly face as you realize who we are, and how we punch back.

When Gary comes out, he thinks about what he said about his last meal and tells the guard about it. The guard seems to be surprised by his sentence because Richard didn’t ask for a meal on his last day and just wanted to watch the news on the TV.

Did Carol betray Gary?

Gary went on to find Carol (Abbey Lee) and asks for help. He says that informants get paid for information and she will get some money. Carol says that she knows a place from which she can get some information. She goes inside and befriends a woman there. However, a shooting incident takes place there and Carol runs away from the venue.

Gary’s colleague feels that she ran away and won’t be helping the feds. However, before going to the party venue, Carol gave a letter to Gary that stated things she wanted to say to his father and mother. Gary still feels that Carol will do her work. However, Carol had to push out all the wires from her body to enter Elohim City.
