VP Debate 2020: Harris mocks Trump with 'science doesn't know' jab as Pence smirks, Internet calls it 'priceless'

As soon as the comment was made by Harris, internet users couldn't stop laughing and in no time her head shake became a favorite meme

Democratic Vice Presidential candidate Kamala Harris took multiple jibes at President Donald Trump on Wednesday, October 7, during the Vice Presidential debate. She took a jab at Trump's take on science and said that "this administration doesn't believe in science". She also added, "Donald Trump said of the fires: science doesn’t know." As soon as she made the statement, she shook her head while mocking Trump and the Internet gave her a huge thumbs up.

The candidates were asked about climate change and the environment, when Harris said, "Joe understands the west coast of our country is burning. California, my hometown, is burning. Joe believes, again, in science. We have seen a pattern with this administration, they don’t believe in science. Donald Trump said of the fires: science doesn’t know." As soon as the comment was made by Harris, it seemed like Mike Pence tried to suppress his laughter.

In no time people started talking about it on Twitter as one Internet user wrote, "I made a GIF of my fave part of the debate. When Kamala mimics Trump and says: 'Science doesn’t know' Priceless." While another one shared a video from the debate and wrote, "Kamala’s reaction to Trump’s claim that 'science doesn’t know' is the only reaction I will be utilizing for the remainder of 2020 thank you for your time." And another one said that Harris is "well-prepared" and wrote, "Say what you will, but Kamala is extraordinarily well prepared and connecting economic development with climate change beautifully. Points out that Trump literally said, 'science doesn't know.' I laughed so loudly at her expression, I might have scared my neighbor's dog again."

Sharing a gif another one wrote, "Kamala really got on the debate stage and said, 'When asked about climate change and how science relates to the California wildfires, he said 'Science doesn’t know'' then she deadass looked at the camera like."
