VICTORY AVE, DALLAS: A Dallas Stars fan took a brutal punch to his face after he allegedly called a man the N-word at an NHL game. The altercation occurred during the Stars’ 4-1 victory over the Minnesota Wild on Wednesday night, February 8.

Viral footage of the man getting sucker punched is now making the rounds on the internet. Although it is unclear how the altercation started, the footage shows a mullet-sporting man swearing before getting pummeled in the face multiple times during the NHL game at American Airlines Center.

What really happened?

The video shows a loudmouth fan donning a Jamie Benn jersey ferociously telling another attendee, who was wearing a black polo, to “step down here and I’ll box your ass.” At first, the man appeared to be unprovoked, but then the mullet-sporting man takes another dig at the man saying, "All right then. Stay the f–k up there. Dumbass n—a.”

The polo-wearing fan quickly took a jab right in the other man's face. The man continued to hit the other Dallas fan multiple times, before sending him into the seats. Following their altercation, another woman, possibly the jersey-donning man's friend, jumped in throwing haymakers of her own. However, the man was able to hold both of them off.

Eventually, onlookers intervened. Attendees tried to pin the boy down calling him a "little boy", to which he replied, "“Hell naw,” adding, “I ain’t done sh-t. He hit me first. F-ck that.” However, it is unclear if any of the men involved in the violent brawl sustained any injuries or were arrested.

'Sometimes felony assault is funny!'

Internet users lauded the man for his reaction. One user tweeted, "As soon as that N-Word flew out his mouth he got rocked, and during Black History month. Someone find that man so I can buy him a BBQ dinner plate and a cold one, because he wasn’t having none of that nonsense." Another questioned, "Is this Little Boy related to the Twisted Tea clown who ran his mouth and found out? #twistedtea" A third chimed in, "No he was just acting like a little boy. Got man handled as well!" "Dude F around and Found out," read a tweet. A user made fun of a bystander who was captured acting unresponsive throughout the brawl and wrote, "Buddy kept the same face through it all." A user mocked, "Sometimes felony assault is funny." "Dude in the black shirt got an invitation to the cookout. Unlimited plates," read a tweet.
