Addison had been ranting about a female employee who he said "can’t count except for robbery and stealing stuff. She needs to get the f**k out of here before I get her put in jail for the rest of her life," NY Post reveals. The employee reminds the man that he was on camera which led to him slap him on the face. Addison then left the fast-food joint. The 13-second video clip does not show the entire incident but a witness who spoke to TMZ said that it appeared as though Addison had been on the lookout for a female employee whom he apparently knew.
Addison had first thrown his keys while witnesses had tried to calm him down. It is after this point that the camera's started rolling. It was also reported that Addison used to work at the Harbor Freight Tools but had not been employed with them when the incident took place. A rep for the company said that he was fired from his job as a result of the incident and even though he was not employed at the time, the company does not tolerate such types of behavior.
Many social media users slammed Addison for his shocking behavior and took to the comments section to say so. One such user had written, "um @BurgerKing did you see the look on that poor child's face!?? my god. can you assure people that this is/has been addressed please? as a mom, this just hurt my heart."

Another user added, "If he’s slapping around an employee at a fast-food establishment, god only knows who else he’s that comfortable smacking across the face. I hope he got fired and I hope he’s in hot water for lashing out like this. I also hope the employee is okay. Thank you for what you do."

I also hope the employee is okay. 🥺 Thank you for what you do.
"How absolutely pathetic of this guy to slap someone most likely making minimum wage just doing his job. My hope is he's arrested for assault. Everyone is under pressure these days with the pandemic but please people, take a step back & think before acting. We're all in this," commented another concerned user.

"I am fuming for this kid. Imagine trying to do your job and someone actually has the audacity to get upset and reach over a counter and slap you in the face and walk away casually?!" wrote another user who echoed the same sentiments.
