For the Snowdens, being a plural family was always something that they knew they wanted to do. As Dimitri Snowden explains, it isn't about religion for Ashley and him, it's more about empowering women, seeing that women are at the center of the family.

Season 2 saw the pair marry Vanessa Cobbs, who quickly went from being courted to entering a union with the Snowdens. The family had an elaborate wedding ceremony at a vineyard, where Dimitri married Vanessa and renewed his vows with Ashley.

While the family seemed happy, it was clearly only on the surface, seeing that Vanessa chose to leave the pair shortly after. This came as a surprise to most fans, who found out about the split via Instagram when Vanessa announced the same. While Dimitri spoke about the split, Ashley chose not to address it.

On the latest episode of 'Seeking Sister Wife', the Snowdens talk about their breakup from Vanessa. As the Snowdens explain it – the breakup came out of the blue for the couple, as Vanessa went on a birthday trip to Ciatel, only to break up with the Snowdens via text. She later came back to the Snowdens' home with her mother and sister to clear out things and the last of what the Snowdens knew was that she was in Australia with her sister.

The pair was upset over the fact that Vanessa left, especially since they had entered a union and it wasn't just a relationship. But the couple wasn't heartbroken for too long – they have already found not one, but two sister wives – Christeline, a mother of two from South Africa, who Dimitri calls a 'Blonde bombshell' and Tayler, a spunky henna artist from Atlanta.

Twitter had some feelings about the Snowdens' situation. "Once they meet in person, Ashley is not gonna like all the attention Dimitri will show this new girlfriend. She will find issues with everything... #SeekingSisterWife" tweeted a fan. "I have NOT missed the snowdens. Idc what her reasons were, I'm just glad for Vanessa that she left all of that. #seekingsisterwife" said another, implying that Ashley might be the issue. "Seems like and Ashley and Vanessa weren’t feeling each other. Not surprised that Vanessa left #seekingsisterwife" tweeted another. "Y'all when he said "blonde bombshell" sis's neck snapped around & her face got a whole new attitude... #SeekingSisterWife" joked another.

Do you think the Snowdens can make it work for the second time? Looks like we'll have to wait and see.
