'Vanderpump Rules' Season 8 Reunion: Charli calls out Jax and stands up against Lala and Kristen, fans cheer her
Anytime Jax Taylor gets 'dragged to filth' in 'Vanderpump Rules', we are here for it. The Season 8 reunion of 'Vanderpump Rules' had plenty of it. After watching Jax be awful and bully nearly every cast member through the course of the season, it was a sight for the sore eyes to watch him get called out for his actions, and give him a taste of his own medicine. We can all collectively thank new cast member Charli Burnett for it.
This might be Charli's first reunion, but the SUR server carried herself rather well. She refused to be bullied by Jax and ensured that her voice was heard and the cherry on the cake was when she not only tackled Jax but also Lala Kent and Kristen Doute, who tries taking Jax's side. It all began with Charli calling Jax 'a 50-year-old man', who bullies everybody and nobody is interested in him.
Jax gets heavily offended by how Charli described him as an old man and tries lashing out at her by downplaying her as an irrelevant cast member on the show. Charli refuses to let Jax bully her and calls him out for picking on people and being disrespectful to everybody. When Lala and Kristen call out Charli and demand that she show some respect to Jax, she simply says she won't respect a middle-aged man that picks on young people and also slams the OG cast members for telling her that being mistreated at SUR is a 'rite of passage'.
Fans were thrilled to see Charli dragging Jax to filth and couldn't help but cheer for her. A fan tweeted, "Queen Charli is right no one wants to watch old man Jax and his horror show of a marriage that he wants us to believe isn’t totally toxic and dark #PumpRules." Another fan wrote, "CHARLI IS A QUEEN FOR STICKING UP TO JAX. THATS IT. #PUMPRULES."
"When the #PumpRules reunion continues next week, can we have Charli drag Jax to hell again? Because that was great," expressed a fan. Another fan shared, "Give Charli a raise! She dragged Jax for filth #PumpRules."
Several fans expressed their interest in seeing Charli return for the next season after watching how well she stood up for herself. A fan pointed out, "I REALLY hope Charli has a Twitter now. This girl earned it, despite what Lauren from Utah & Kristen have to say. Charli can stay. Jax, BritBrit, Kristen and Lauren from Utah can ALL GO. #PumpRules."
