When is ‘Vanderpump Rules’ star Lala Kent’s baby No. 2 due?
While appearing on 'Vanderpump Rules After Show,' Lala Kent revealed the precise date of her due date for her second child, which happens to fall on September 1, 2024. This particular date holds a special place in Lala's heart.
"We're bumping, and expecting a baby in September. My due date is September 1, which is wild because I'm September 2," she said.
During an Amazon Live on April 9, the 33-year-old who already shares her 3-year-old daughter Ocean with her ex Randall Emmett disclosed the gender of her second baby.
At that point in time, Lala disclosed that she was expecting a baby girl by cleverly popping a balloon that was filled to the brim with vibrant pink confetti.
"I did not pick the gender because I did IUI [Intrauterine insemination], which is where my eggs stay inside my body. I went to a doctor, they put a little tube up there with the goods and I get what I get, so I didn't get embryos created like they do with IVF [in vitro fertilization]," she told her fans on the live.
‘Vanderpump Rules’ star Lala Kent underwent IUI to conceive a second baby
Lala Kent spoke about her decision to undergo IUI to get pregnant with her second child on the 'Vanderpump Rules After Show.'
"I secured the donor, and in October, I had taken out my IUD, and we started tracking my ovulation and things like that. And, in December, we did the first round of IUI, and I got lucky, and it took. So, we're bumping," she said.
In addition to this, she disclosed that it was her mother, Lisa, who initially proposed the idea of utilizing a donor.
The Bravo star added, "I've always been a single parent so that part didn't scare me. When my mom brought up, 'What about a donor?', it just kind of seemed like a no-brainer, and I didn't think twice about it. It was like, 'Hold up. I can get the baby, I don't have to deal with the 50-50 chance of it working out — because even if you have a great relationship, and you separate, you still have to share your kid."
"And that is gut-wrenching, and I never want to experience that ever again in my whole life. I have such a stellar support system... I don't feel like a single parent. I feel like I['ve] got all hands on deck," she concluded.

In an episode of 'Vanderpump Rules', the 33-year-old podcast host confided in 63-year-old Lisa Vanderpump about her contemplation of utilizing a sperm donor to expand her family. Kent opened up about her desire to have another child through alternative means.
“When I created Give Them Lala, it was very much like I was shoving myself down your throat. I have changed as a person," Lala Kent told Lisa.
She joked around and said, “I’m just a bitch in these streets trying to rebrand and get a sperm donor." Then, Lisa asked Lala why she needed to use a sperm donor to which Lala replied, "Because I want another baby so badly."
"I don't want a baby daddy. It's not happening. There's no changing my mind," she added.
Lala continued, "I just feel like going the donor route is the right decision for me. I want an absolute with this baby. No matter what, like this is my baby. Like, no one can ever come in and take it from me. I don't have to share on Christmas Day, just mine."
