Tyler Perry's 'Assisted Living' Episodes 3 and 4 are 'straight up bullsh*t' without Cora and Mr Brown, say fans

It's a classic case of being baited for something and now demanding the money back. In this case, viewers who tuned in to give Tyler Perry's latest sitcom 'Assisted Living' another shot after a not-so-impressive double-episode premiere last week were left disappointed once again as two prime characters were significantly missing. Fans can't quite digest anything about the sitcom unless it comes with the bonus cheery on top disguised as the Mann couple reprising their long time Tyler Perry-verse roles of Cora and Mr Brown. And with Episodes 3 and 4 not sowing even a zilch of appearance from them, fans are calling out Perry's show for being "garbage".

Episode 3 focused on Jeremy trying to work things out with this grandpa after suggesting a renovation goes awry. Jeremy's children Sandra and Philips are on to their parents' distress and figuring out the reason behind their move to Georgia. In Episode 4, Grandpa Vinny suffers an incident at the old home and calls the police right away cause he can't be bothered. But Lean, Jeremy's wife, reminds him calling the police might end with them finding more than Vinny had intended - aka the weed nursery in gis backyard.

With these crises and dilemmas in hand, tonight's plots progressed, but it clearly wasn't enough for fans. They want David Mann to return as r. Brown of 'House of Payne' and save them from the endless studio laughter. David's wife Tamela, who plays his on-screen daughter Cora, was sorely missed too. And after four episodes, the only faith fans have left is both Mr Brown and Cora returning in the next episode. But despite those promises, they can't stop slamming the show and how bad they think it is without those two.

"Ok now it's the 4th episode without Cora or Brown. This is straight up bullsh*t," tweeted a fan, adding: "Even CJ and Jazmine finally appeared in #houseofpayne in their 3rd and 4th episodes and had a significant amount of lines! Shame on TP!"

Another wrote of their disappointment accompanied by a Kim Kardashian in repair gif. "Me laying in bed just listening to hear when Cora and Mr. Brown’s voice comes on #AssistedLivingBET #AssistedLiving cause these other characters have darn near put me to sleep," wrote a viewer.

"I wish they would get on with the episodes with Brown and Cora because I am already over J Anthony Brown and his corny jokes. This is show has me like...." shared a third fan.

A fourth one got really angry and shared, "Well, Black Twitter I’m just going to change the channel because this ain’t it. If Brown & Cora come on somebody let me know otherwise I’m signing out because Tyler Perry wasted 30 minutes I can’t get back and he not wasting another 30."

"The only reason I want to keep watching after these episodes is to see if it gets better once Brown and Cora come on. The episodes tonight garbage anyway," opined another.

'Tyler Perry's Assisted Living' airs on Wednesdays at 9 pm only on BET.
