Trump says Pelosi couldn’t pass ‘basic aptitude tests’, amused Internet asks 'Projecting again, Donnie?'
President Donald Trump believes House Speaker Nancy Pelosi could not pass a basic aptitude test as he questions her mental fitness. Trump had made the comments while speaking to Fox News host Maria Bartiromo on Sunday, October 11. While speaking to Fox, Trump had said, "I don’t think she could pass basic aptitude tests, personally. I really don’t. I don’t believe it."
It was just last week that Pelosi had announced that a committee would be allowing the 25th Amendment to be invoked if a president was deemed mentally unfit for office. Trump is of the opinion that Pelosi is thinking of forming the panel because of his rival presidential candidate, Joe Biden.
Trump had said, "I think she’s talking about Joe Biden, because to be honest with you, he’s the one that’s got the problem and it’s obvious to anybody that watches him speak."
Many social media users slammed Trump, saying he was 'projecting'. One such social media user had written, "'She can't pass a basic aptitude test' Trump questions Nancy Pelosi's mental fitness after she sets up commission on removing unfit presidents Projecting again, Donnie?"
Another social media user had commented and shared, "Trump talking about other people mental fitness deficiencies is like Stevie Wonder talking about people with vision deficiencies." Yet another had added, "He’s the loudest talker but has nothing to show! He’s so old, but he’s so childish! This man is president, it’s embarrassing!"

A Twitter user who echoed the same sentiments had also chimed in and shared, "Said the idiot who had someone take his SAT, and daddy bribe a school to accept him, and is now flat broke with loans coming due soon!" While yet another social media user who agreed added, "Thing about rich stupid people like Trump is that no one has ever told them to their face how stupid they are this never realize just how dumb they truly are. Just listening to him for 1 min it's obvious he's not all there."

Earlier, Pelosi had questioned Trump's mental state because of the drugs that Trump has been taking after being diagnosed with coronavirus. She had told Bloomberg TV, "medical professionals say this could have an impact on judgment." She had also said Trump is "shall we say, in an altered state right now."
We had previously reported that President Donald Trump and First Lady Melania Trump tested positive for Covid-19 on October 2. The news was confirmed after POTUS took to Twitter. He wrote, “Tonight, FLOTUS, and I tested positive for COVID-19. We will begin our quarantine and recovery process immediately. We will get through this TOGETHER!”
His senior-most and closest White House aide, Hope Hicks, has tested positive for the Covid-19. Reports suggest that Hicks, who serves as counselor to Trump had been in close proximity to POTUS and had traveled with him to a rally in Minnesota on September 30 after which she tested positive on Thursday, October 1.
Trump's wife Melania had also announced the news via her Twitter handle.
