Transgender woman left crying in JFK bathroom after female TSA agent punches her testicles and yells for having 'penis'
NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: A transgender woman called out a Transportation Security Administration (TSA) agent who punched her testicles in the security line at John F Kennedy International Airport. The unidentified flyer took to social media to express the horrifying incident, in which she said the agent “humiliated” her in front of everyone and yelled at her for “having a penis.”
According to DailyMail, in a series of posts that have since been deleted, the woman, with Twitter handle @massofclay, captioned a photo of her crying in the airport saying, “hi so a tsa agent at jfk airport punched me in the genitalia, yelled at me for having a penis (?) and humiliated me in front of everyone after i told her to please stop." She further narrated, “[The TSA agent] followed me into the women’s bathroom and began talking about me to a coworker while I sobbed in a stall."

'I want her educated'
And then asked, "Anyone know what can I do?" In a follow-up post, she said she was left crying for an hour and said “my balls still hurt so bad,” and added, "I don't want TSA agent that hurt me fired. I want her educated and the entirety of TSA abolished altogether."
In response to the woman’s posts, the airport apologized and wrote, "Hi Mara, thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. On behalf of the John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) community, please accept our apologies for your recent experience while traveling through our facility." "Your comments have been shared with our airport management, airport security department and TSA partners. If you wish to file a complaint with TSA directly, feel free to use this link," they said.

'This was assault not a minor complain'
However, netizens were left with outrage following the response from the airport. One of them wrote, "this is a horrfically understated response." Another said, "I think a lot more than "apologise and noted" are required here. Another individual pointed out, "This was assault not a minor complaint."

The bashing continued with a user writing, ""your comments have been noted and shared”? are you kidding? a customer at your business was sexually assaulted and physically harmed by one of your employees, and you’re treating it like FEEDBACK?" On the other hand, a user wrote, "please do more than just this. This is a hate crime - nobody should be treated like this while going through security just to get on a flight. it's appalling that agents are allowed to use their personal prejudices as an excuse to attack others."
