'Titans' Season 2 Episode 6 trailer picks up from Superboy and Krypto’s Season 1 escape scene with Lex Luthor's armed soldiers in pursuit

'Titans' Season 2 Episode 6, aptly titled 'Conner', will be introducing the world to the DC Universe show's very own Superboy. The Boy of Steel will be making his way to the show alongside his trusty companion, Krypto the Superdog.

The characters were first shown in a short scene at the very end of the last season and we've all been eagerly waiting for their arrival ever since. Episode 6 will pick up right from that scene, which showed Conner freeing himself and Krypto from containment and escaping Cadmus Labs to explore the world and their newfound freedom.

Never having experienced the real world before, Conner is going to have some trouble figuring out how to fit in with the rest of society and being an enhanced clone with the DNA of both Superman and Lex Luthor, the Man of Steel's greatest enemy, he is bound to face more than a little internal conflict.

His desire to better understand himself will lead Conner to seek out Lionel Luthor (guest star Peter MacNeill), Lex Luthor's father who has a complicated relationship with his amoral genius of a son. Of course, Lex isn't just going to let his precious experiment walk free and from the episode's trailer, we know Conner and Krypto will be pursued by armed soldiers.

Unfortunately (for the soldiers), Lex's henchmen don't seem to quite understand what they are dealing with, as the trailer shows them firing regular bullets at the half-Kryptonian, something that literally any old villain from Metropolis would tell them is about as useful as trying to fight a bear with a donut.

Eventually, Conner will be running into Cadmus geneticist Eve Watson (Genevieve Angelson) who could help him understand where he comes from and his place in the world. Hopefully, she can get to him before Lex Luthor does because if Superboy were to fall into the wrong hands, there's no telling how much destruction he would be able to unleash.

'Titans' Season 2 Episode 6 'Conner' will air on DC Universe October 11.
