'Titans' Season 2 Episode 12 'Faux-Hawk' synopsis teases Nightwing suit as Dick prepares to go up against Deathstroke once more
We've been waiting to see Dick Grayson (Brenton Thwaites) don the Nightwing outfit since the very beginning of 'Titans'. It's been a very long, often frustrating wait but now the synopsis for 'Titans' Season 2 Episode 12 'Faux-Hawk' suggests that we might be about to finally see how Dick acquires the outfit.
After realizing that Jericho Wilson (Chella Man) survived his "murder" at the hands of his father Deathstroke / Slade Wilson (Esai Morales), Dick has a new mission: to find Jericho and rescue him, somehow. With this newly-regained sense of purpose, Dick needs a new superhero suit to replace the Robin outfit he burned last season.
The final episode of the season is titled 'Nightwing' and the writers will probably want to save the full reveal for that story so it's unlikely that Dick will actually wear the suit in the episode but hopefully, we might get to see the suit itself on the show for the first time. A first look at the suit has been shared on Instagram ahead of the episode and you can check it out here to get a taste of what's to come.
Here's the full synopsis for the episode: "Finding himself at a new low, Hank is cage-fighting for money to support his unhealthy habits. But when he wakes to find his Hawk suit gone – and an imposter acting in his stead – he realizes how far he's fallen... and it's time to make a decision. Meanwhile, Donna and Dawn confront a Cadmus operative (guest star RAOUL BHANEJA) to gain information about Gar and Conner, as Cadmus initiates its Phase One plan, tapping into Gar's lethal abilities. Back in Gotham, Rose is overcome with guilt and reveals her secret to Jason. When Dick realizes that Jericho might have somehow survived his death at his father's hands, he escapes from jail in the hopes to rescue him. But first, he'll need a new suit to replace the Robin suit he destroyed..."
'Titans' Season 2 Episode 12 'Faux-Hawk' will arrive on DC Universe on November 22.
