Casanova (Alex Gibson-Giorgio) and Bittelig (Rune Temte) are enamored with Judy (Charlyne Yi), while Detective Katherine (Francesca Mills) and Sergeant Lewis (Imaan Hadchiti) consider rebelling against the Supreme Being.
Meanwhile, Alto and Fianna (Rachel House) humorously interrupt the duel, injuring the Earl and forcing the thieves to escape through a portal. Unfortunately, Saffron is stuck in the Ice Age, presumably to be rescued by Neanderthals.
In Episode 6, the crew travels through a time portal and arrives in Northern Africa in 1324 CE, only to find that Judy has vanished. Kevin marks the ground to guide them back in case Judy returns.
The robbers attempt to steal from Mansa Musa, but their heist fails spectacularly. Despite their failure, Musa graciously offers Penelope and Alto gold bars.
Kevin stays with Musa due to his historical significance and expertise but arranges a theft opportunity for Penelope to lift her spirits.
Later, Kevin misses the time portal and risks ending up in an unknown location. Meanwhile, it's revealed that the Supreme Being has kidnapped Judy to find the map, potentially threatening humanity's future.
