'She was doing this and was not leaving...'

A police report has revealed that the "6'/6 Sills is accused of telling the woman that "she was doing this and was not leaving until she did this" while the alleged assault was taking place. The detailed report of the incident further states that Sills forced the woman to perform oral sex on him in his truck for "approximately 20 minutes," court documents seen by Daily Mail reveal.

"Joshua Matthew Sills, on or about December 5, 2019, in the county of Guernsey aforesaid, did engage in sexual conduct with [victim] when Joshua Mathew Sills purposely compelled her to submit by force or threat of force…," the report note cited court documents.

Sills won't play in Super Bowl LVII matchup

Sills is expected to be back in court on Thursday, February 16, four days after Super Bowl ends. However, Sills was sidelined for the Eagles' upcoming Super Bowl LVII matchup with Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday, February 12. It also remains a mystery as to why the charges are being filed after nearly three years.

'He should have known better'

With the charges now detailed, the internet is calling for Sills' suspension as many are saying that he was stupid to have allegedly done this while questioning over team's silence. "Giving up your entire football career for a b*** J**". Granted he wasn't in the NFL yet but he should have known better if he thought he was in the NFL prospect. This guy is stupid."

'Josh Sills should be trending'

A user commented, "Josh Sills should be trending. The Eagles should be answering questions and so should the colleagues that Sills played for from 2019 at the time of the sexual assault/kidnapping and after." Another said, "Eagles don't sign a UDFA of his low caliber knowing anything like that. Now that they got this news, it's complicated because they don't know much out of nowhere. Unless something definite comes out he'll stay on the exempt list until at least his hearing or whatever it is." One more wrote, "I don’t really give a fuck if Josh Sills “seemed like a nice guy.” He was indicted on rape and kidnapping charges".
