Amazon’s ‘The Wheel of Time’ has been a fascinating series since the beginning and takes viewers on an enthralling journey filled with magic and mysterious beings. As soon as the character made an entrance, social media was lit up with reactions. Even though fans are divided over the character’s design, they absolutely loved the conversation between him and Rand’al. One of the users said, “So some #WheelofTime thoughts I liked #Loail. I’m not completely sold on the look — but the voice makes it work (although he is talking too fast).”

I’m worried that Liandrin is the new Elaida. If she is — we need to get some new Black sisters cast and introduced.
Another user noted, “He's not exactly what I imagined him to be compared to the books. But when he started talking and won't stop talking, I knew that's definitely him.” Another fan wrote, “I'm so glad that Loial is the being shown to be the ultimate good boi that he is in the books. Just hearing him talk makes me happy.”

Meanwhile, one of the fans opined that the look might not be close to what she had imagined, but she would love to see the character more. She wrote, “I like oddities.” And I love #Loial. The look wasn’t what I imagined but if less CGI gets me more Loial I am so okay with that.”

“#Loai is actually fantastic, his mannerisms and speech are EXACTLY how I imagined. The costume wasn’t nearly as unsightly as it appeared in that image. All the scheming in the White Tower was super fun. Roll on next week!!!” added another fan.

Loial also helped Rand’al and Mat in meeting Nynaeve as he found her and took her to their room. Loial is an important character in the books and it will be interesting to see how the makers handle such an important character on the show.
‘The Wheel of Time’ returns to Amazon Prime Video with a new episode every Friday.
