The Walking Dead' Season 10 Finale: Maggie returns and reunites with Judith, emotional fans call it 'wholesome'
Spoilers for 'The Walking Dead' Season 10 finale 'A Certain Doom'
Besides waiting for the Season 10 finale for months and the death of Beta, fans were also counting on the return of one of their favorite badasses, Maggie Greene (Lauren Cohan). After receiving a letter that she was needed back, she made an appearance towards the end of the finale where she not only saved Gabriel's life but also was able to reunite with Judith. Although again it seemed as though Maggie's appearance was more of a cameo, fans weren't mad at it since the finale left on a cliffhanger that would mean a bigger and better Season 11. With Rick and Michonne gone from the series, Maggie is one of the oldest characters that has been there since Season 1. There was no way that fans were letting her go, and we're really glad Cohan stayed on. If she hadn't, the series wouldn't have been the same.
"#TheWalkingDead Maggie is back and that’s the only thing that matters," wrote one fan with another adding, "Been waiting for this! Maggie is back and not a moment too soon. Very emotional seeing her again! #TheWalkingDead@LaurenCohan #TalkingDead."

Towards the end of the episode when Carol and Lydia were able to get the horde of zombies off the edge of a cliff, they all met in the forest where Maggie was reunited with Judith. If you recall, the little girl, Rick's daughter was wary of more people leaving since Michonne had left. She had a very emotional scene with Daryl in Episode 15 'The Tower' and so we can't imagine what it was like for her to be reunited with Maggie. "Maggie and Judith wholesome #TheWalkingDead," wrote one fan. Another added, "Alright, Judith & Maggie reuniting got me. I had forgotten Maggie was the one who delivered Judith. #TheWalkingDead," bringing tears to many that read this tweet. If you want to recall that beautiful and emotional moment, you can as one fan tweeted the exact scene when Judith was born in case you weren't crying enough already. "Maggie and Judith go way back! #TWDFAMILY #MaggieRhee #JudithGrimes #TWD #THEWALKINGDEAD #TWDUNIVERSE," read the tweet. Not to mention, the scene also has Glenn, who we miss too much.

Even though the season finale was meant to end the Whisperer Arc with the much-deserved death of the series' favorite villain Beta, these small moments, meant a lot to fans. Like we said, it may have not been a focus to say in the least, but it did set up a foundation of what the series could bring in the upcoming season. "#TWD Seeing Maggie and Judith together makes my heart warm. #TheWalkingDead," wrote another fan. Turns out this reunion was the best one of the series, according to some fans - we're not going to lie, because we agree.
