LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Country singer Al Boogie returned to 'The Voice' with a better performance and an even stronger personality. In Season 23, none of the judges turned their chairs for Al Boogie but this time Reba McEntire chose to hit the buzzer.

When asked by Reba, "Who are your influences?" Al Boogie replied, "A big part of my upbringing was listening to you on the radio."

Witnessing the country singer get inspiration from another legendary country singer, Niall Horan looked towards both Reba and Al Boogie and he claimed, "They're a match made in heaven."

Al Boogie introduced himself as a 37-year-old Louisiana native. As he talked about himself, Niall pointed a finger toward the singer, hinting that he recognized him.

Niall remembered Al Boogie came in Season 23 of the show. He asked, "You were here last year, no?"

Al Boogie gave a witty answer saying, "Well, a little bit more of me was here last year." He added, "I've actually lost about 50 pounds since I was here." This made all the judges scream, "Wow."

A fan took to Facebook to claim, "I'm so happy for Al Boogie and I thought a coach should have turned last season on the voice show and worked with him and I'm happy for this redemption story."

Another wrote, "Glad he returned. Great job." One cheered, "Way to go Boogie! What a comeback!!!" "He’s good!" wrote another.

Al Boogie sang 'Pickup Man' by Joe Diffie in the Blind Audition round. No one turned around for a pretty long time. But, thankfully, Reba pressed the button towards the end.

Reba claimed to the singer, "I'm a big fan already."

Niall seems to have regretted not pressing the button for the singer. But, he felt it would have been a "waste of time" to have pressed the button because he was pretty sure Al Boogie wanted to pick Team Reba.

Niall suggested Al Boogie "add some of your grit to make it feel more passionate."

Gwen Stefani believed Al Boogie had so much character but she was looking for "more character at the right times."

On the other hand, John Legend looked forward to seeing "a little bit more and a little more range."

'The Voice' Season 24 airs every Monday and Tuesday on NBC at 8 pm ET.
