At the end of tonight's episode of 'The Voice' blind auditions, coach Nick Jonas has filled up 8 out of 10 spots on his team. The talent on the show is phenomenal but not every performance ends with a coach turning in his chair. All the four coaches have different strengths and styles and they know just exactly what they could work with. This is why many times it is just one coach pushing their button for a performer in the blind auditions.

Tonight saw Nick Jonas turning in his chair for Roderick Chambers and Michael Williams. Chambers, a 38-year-old Florida man, dedicated his audition performance to his son. "When I walk on stage I want to show the courage it takes to dedicate your life to something you love," he said. He chose to sing 'Back at One' and a couple of seconds into the performance, Nick pushed his button for Roderick and went on to continue grooving for the rest of the performance.

All the other coaches were seen dancing in their chairs and appreciating the song choice but they did not push their button for him. Post the performance, Kelly Clarkson congratulated Roderick and lauded his song choice. Blake Shelton spoke about how difficult this season is with just 10 artists and that there is very little room for error. Nick was the happiest of the lot for a couple of reasons. First being none of the others pushed their button for Roderick and second, the song choice. "I was transported back to the time when I first heard that song," he said.

Another artist that made it to Team Nick was Michael Williams. The 18-year-old singer from Ohio has a lifelong digestive disease and this was the reason why he had to quit sports and music theater.

He sang 'You Say' in the auditions and secured a place in the show with Nick pushing the button for him at the very end of the performance. Kelly said Michael resembles a young Tom Cruise to which he quickly replied that he gets that a lot. She added, "The falsetto is killer. If you nailed that, you would've been one of the best auditions on the show."

Fans validated Nick's choice and congratulated him for adding two very good artists to his team.

"@nickjonas #VoiceBlinds What a win for you getting Roderick," said one, while another added, "Listening to Roderick instantly took me back to one of the first times hearing that song as well as gave me chills as a reminder at how amazing that song is!! Amazing choice #TeamNick #VoiceBlinds."

"@nickjonas #VoiceBlinds Roderick was a steal! I can't believe no one else turned their chair!"

"Way to go Nick with Michael@nickjonas #VoiceBlinds," one said. "@nickjonas #VoiceBlinds You got a good one with Michael. That was a nice way to get him and not have to worry about fighting for him with another coach," said another fan.
