CammWess was the last contestant from Team John Legend to perform in the live playoffs. He took the stage remotely with 'Ain't No Sunshine' a gem from the recently passed legend Bill Withers.

Coach Kelly Clarkson had let him go in the knockouts after Megan Danielle managed to impress her more with her performance. However, tonight changed everything, and Clarkson confessed that "it is such a bummer, I didn't want to let you go." Even though she had heard many versions of the song, she commended Wess for doing "so many cool tricks" with it.

Coach Legend stole CammWess after he was defeated by Megan and he was bowled over with his new mentee's performance on the episode tonight. "You nailed the performance and knocked it out of the park with your honey butter tone," he said.

"@CammWess Bill Withers is cheering your praises from above!! #ripbillwithers #TheVoice," wrote a fan.

While another tweeted, "Ok I think I’m voting for @CammWess ! Wow! That was amazing! #TheVoice".

"Watching the young #winthrop homie .@CammWess do his thing on #TheVoice. making both bill withers and the Winthrop University proud" wrote another.

When it was time for Team Kelly to commence into the live playoffs, first up from her team was Megan Danielle with Demi Lovato's song 'Anyone'.

Danielle stayed true to the emotional nature of the song and her performance earned her a lot of praise from her coach Kelly who proudly admitted that she's happy to be her coach and also went as far to mention that she "wouldn't be shocked if you are in the finale."

"@_megan_danielle You got my vote tonight! What a moving performance! Good Luck from Canton, GA!! #thevoice" wrote a fan on Twitter after her performance.

While another tweeted, "That was so beautiful and amazing, hopefully,  @ddlovato hears how well you sang her song and how you did it justice #TheVoice"

Next up was Mandi Thomas from a music studio in Memphis with the country-pop song 'I hope you dance' by Lee Ann Womack. The whole setup with the mirror effect and the bokeh in the background, the vibe, Mandi's look, her sound, and the notes she managed to hit during the performance - all of it impressed her coach Kelly the most.

"Mandi Thomas on #theVoice may be an opera singer, but she does country exceedingly well. So beautiful!" wrote a fan.

While another fan observed, "Mandi Thomas is such an artist. She is bringing perfect vocals emotion, inflections, subtext... That's what happens when talent meets training. She’s amazing! #TheVoice #VoiceLives"

However, there were some who thought that the performance was "pitchy" and "bad".

"Oh, dear. I love Mandi Thomas, but this performance is... bad. Like, this wouldn't have gotten her a chair turn. #TheVoice #VoicePlayoffs" and "Bit dated & very pitchy on the high notes," read the comments.

Audiences can vote for their favorite performer on the voice official app on NBC.
