Maggie is Maisie

When Francesca Bianchi's Alexis Hunter Kings asks Maggie to be her professional bridesmaid, Maggie gets a golden opportunity to make her bridesmaid business work. But Hallmark movies wouldn't happen if the conclusion just happened without any romance, would they? Chandler Massey's Henry is invited to the same wedding to cover the event as a journalist. But Maggie has a secret, and while she and Henry have joyful conversations about their views on marriage and what it means, Maggie never reveals to Henry that the made-up name she introduced herself by isn't her real name and that she's really Maggie, a bridesmaid for hire.

On the day of the rehearsal dinner, Henry overhears the conversation between Maggie and Alexis' father, the mayor. The mayor calls her by her real name, whereupon Maggie corrects him and tells him, "Don't you mean Maisie?" Henry confronts Maggie and tells her that he thought there were many red flags to her entire character, but the lie was the final thread. Maggie tells him that she is a professional and must maintain a veil of secrecy with all of her clients. Henry storms out, leaving a confused and heartbroken Maggie behind.

Bride saves the day!

In best Hallmark fashion, Maggie seems sad on the day of the wedding and not as cheerful as usual. In the last 10 minutes of the film, Alexis talks to Henry about Maggie and tells him that what Maggie did was for her and that she had no ill intentions. Later, Henry goes to Maggie and the couple talks about the whole Bridesmaids saga and they are seen dancing and kissing. During the credits, viewers see Henry and Maggie talking about the upcoming vacation, with Maggie telling Henry that she would like to spend this vacation with him. Will there be a sequel to this movie? Will viewers see Maggie and Henry get married? Guess only a sequel can tell us that.
