Spanish thriller 'The Occupant', also known as 'Hogar'm will come to Netflix mid-March. Filmed in Barcelona, Spain, the drama takes us through a sinister journey of talking as a man loses his home but decides to stalk its new owners. As time goes by, his involvement with the family seems to be creepy in nature.

Gutiérrez plays the role of Javier Muñoz in 'The Occupant' and is a Spanish actor. His roles include Falconetti in 'Zipi y Zape y el club de la canica' (2013), Tomás de Torquemada in 'Assassin's Creed' (2016), Álvaro in 'The Motive' (2017), Angel Morte in 'Mirage' (2019) and Manuel Márquez in TV series 'Estoy vivo.'
Mario Casas
Casas plays the role of Tomás 'The Occupant' and is also a Spanish actor. His roles include Adanne in 'Mi gran noche' ('My Great Night' -2015), Adrián Doria in 'Contratiempo' ('The Invisible Guest' - 2016), Nacho in 'The Bar' and Martinón in 'Bajo La Piel de Lobo' ('The Skin of the Wolf'- 2017).
