Contains Spoilers for 'The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power' Episode 3
With the premiere of ‘The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power’, we got an idea that it will follow JRR Tolkien’s path of building a world that consists of extraordinary characters. The first two episodes introduced us to all the places and characters of the Middle-Earth, giving us an idea of how peaceful things are. However, by the end of Episode 2, we realized that things are getting intense in some parts of the region because Orcs have returned and they are wiping out entire villages.
Arondir (Ismael Cruz Cordova) and Bronwyn (Nazanin Boniadi) see that the entire village of Hordern has been wiped out. Meanwhile, Arondir got inside the pit and found himself taken away by a monster. So, episode 3 doesn’t waste much time in telling us that Arondir was indeed taken by an Orc and he is now being taken to a place where the Orcs have captured a lot of places. Arondir and a lot of his Elf/Human friends are there as well. Things get pretty heated up once Elves/Humans and the Orcs go head-to-head against each other.

'The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power' Premiere Review: Amazon's ode to Middle-Earth is a cinematic marvel
Without any guess, the fight between the two groups ended up in several deaths. So, who all died in Episode 3? Take a look
Medhor
In the first episode, when Arondir visits a pub as he wants to meet Bronwyn. Once his conversation with Bronwyn is over, he comes out and meets his friend Medhor. He is one of Arondir’s friends and a warrior as well. As soon as Arondir is thrown into a pit by the Orcs, he meets Medhor. He is really shocked to see him there and other Elves/Humans as well. They have been given the task of making a way for the Orcs to reach several important parts of Middle Earth. However, a big tree has come in the way and is causing problems.
The elves get really tired and a generous Orc gives them water. The elves are really suspicious to drink it at first, but they eventually drink it once they realize it’s just water. As soon as the bottle reaches Medhor and he starts to drink, the Orc takes a knife out and swiftly kills Medhor by cutting his throat.
It was so sudden that no other Elf/Human could even predict what was going to happen. So, Medhor was the first casualty of the episode.
Revion
Revion was first introduced during the premiere when Arondir was watching Middle Earth from a tall tower. Revion comes and tells him that he now has a chance to lead a better life. Meanwhile, in Episode 3, he is one of the Elf/humans who has been taken away by the Orcs. After the death of Medhor, Arondir says that he will cut the tree and make way for the Orcs. However, he had different plans and used an axe to attack the Orcs. An epic fight takes between them and the Orcs were getting really outclassed because of the sunlight.
However, they unleashed an orc-like animal that kills two Elves/Humans without even making some extra effort. Arondir and Revion were able to run through most of the orcs and even the animal. A few seconds later, Revion got a chance to escape and he took the chance. Arondir was happy to see him go but received a shock of a lifetime when Revion didn’t movie after getting out. Revion turns and it is revealed that he was struck by multiple arrows that were probably shot by warriors from the Orc army.
So, Revion dies as well and Arondir, once again, gets captured by the Orcs.
Some Orcs
Before dying, Arondir and other Elves/Humans did manage to kill some Orcs, but most of them survived.
