After a fortnight away from our screens, Tyer Perry's 'The Haves and the Have Nots' is finally returning with the long-awaited Episode 17 of Season 7. Due to the first presidential debate last week, the OWN soap opera chose to stay off the screens and leave us swirling in anticipation of what the ice queen bitch Veronica Harrington has planned for her favourite boy toy Benjamin aka Benny Young. Veronica's charm and hold over people allow her to squeeze out whatever she wants to know, very easily; but will Benny have the same luck? Or will she pull a Veronica on him to give him the details he needs?

Titled 'No More Time', the official synopsis of the episode teases: "The lives and friends of the wealthy Cryer family and the people who serve them," which doesn't really lead to any conclusive hints but we can expect to see the aftermath of Wyatt Cryer's little misadventure with the Malone brothers. It can be expected that Wyatt's tryst with death and danger is far from over and even though he has managed to escape yet again, for how long is the question?

But Wyatt's stupidity aside, there's another son we are very concerned about. Benny, who is on the prowl for the man who raped his mother, is taking any lead that comes his way. She walked into an unknown pub to chat up a random bartender because a stranger he had met that day thirsting around for David, had told him so. Later Benny also reached out to the real estate agent that he found fairly attractive, but had to leave midway discussing his search as Veronica interrupted.

Smugly and cockily, when asked how she knows the name and identity of the man Benny is looking for, Veronica claims she knows "these things" and hangs up on an agitated Benny, demanding the man's address. If we didn't know better, it would be easy to deduce this as her good deed of the day, but the scheming woman will definitely want something out of it. It's not like Veronica isn't having her fair share of men - significantly younger ones too. From her housekeeper's young and attractive husband to pool boys - Veronica has her plate full. But she had also grown extremely clingy and territorial around Benny as her young beau when David had stormed into her house.

Veronica's in love with David, who's in love with Hannah Young, Benny's mother. For all we know she will give Benny the full details in exchange for taking Hannah out of their sight forever so she can have David. If not, the clear alternative is warming her bed until she's done toying with him before making him privy to all the details about the man he's seeking that she, of course, has unearthed. Stay tuned!

'The Haves and the Have Nots' Season 7 airs on Tuesdays at 8/9c on OWN.
