'The Haves And The Have Nots' Season 7 Episode 11: Show labeled 'trifling' over too many characters, storylines
'The Haves And Have Nots' returned after a lengthy hiatus. The show had delivered a worrying mid-season finale as Wyatt had slit his wrists and Katherine was crying for someone to come and help him out. At first, it was uncertain whether Wyatt was dead or alive, but turns out that he might just survive the season and has been taken to hospital.
Meanwhile, a whole lot of other things happened in the double premiere. Veronica (Angela Robinson) was sinister as usual and decided to take a poolside boy home only to dish out some evil burns at his sexual prowess. Hanna needed some answers and walked down to the Malone bar, much to Candace and Benny's worry. They had to get her dragged out of there by force. With some random people stalking Candace and a lot of other random things happening, fans can't figure out what on earth is happening with the show. The main question on Twitter throughout the double premiere was, why are there so many haphazard storylines and new characters? Can't compute. The focus on the main storylines was taken away too quickly and given to other uninteresting subplots, or so they felt.
"I feel like a bunch of the main characters aren't even acting like themselves anymore & there's too many unnecessary new characters, #HAHN," a fan wrote.

"There are way too many unecessary storylines going on. I don’t know half of these people. Can we focus on the main cast. Where the hell is Veronica Harrington? #HAHN," another tweeted, as Veronica appeared in the show almost 30 minutes into Episode 11.

"Really Tyler Perry? This episode was really trifling. Do better. Or lose a viewer. Have Nots don't include having to have your audience view black ppl as completely less than. That Hanna mess was completely unnecessary. #HAHN," a fan wrote.
