'The Handmaid's Tale' season 3 is all set to premiere on Hulu on June 5 and we cannot wait to see what Offred and the other Handmaids in Gilead are up to. The show is a socio-political commentary that imagines a dystopian world where following a civil war, a state of emergency leads to a part of the US being reformed as Gilead. In this part of the world, women lose their power and equality becomes a thing of the past. They are used like property, named and tagged to reflect the bosses that they serve and are expected to forget their past, their life before everything changed and do nothing but serve the masters for the betterment of their master's life and in turn for Gilead. The third season will feature a revolution against the world ruled by the Waterfords and how Offred will bring the Handmaids together to fight for their rights.
