'The Busch Family Brewed' Episode 8: Grace says Louise ruined friendship by hooking up with Gussie on the sly
Tonight's episode saw Grace Busch engage in a confrontation with friend-turned-foe, Louise. It all started when Grace discovered that Louise and Gussie have started to date, and not being kept in the loop upset her.
The family was about to celebrate Gussie's birthday and Grace was heard telling her mom and sister Maddie that she doesn't feel like attending the celebration. She had a feeling that Louise would show up at the party and that would ruin it for her.
Later that evening the family had gathered at a bar for drinks and cake in honor of Gussie's birthday. Everyone was having a good time. Maddie and Grace also apologized to Marissa for being judgemental towards her in the recent past and the ladies called it a day on their cold war. Everything was really fun but the evening turned sour for Grace when she saw Louise walk into the party.
She tried hard but couldn't fight her urge to confront Louise and she walked over to her former friend to give her a piece of her mind. She launched into a slew of accusations towards Louise telling her that she went behind her back the minute she started dating Gussie. Their relationship was not a problem for her, what was though was how Louise was dealing with the situation by cutting ties with Grace altogether.
Grace expected to be in the know about her relationship status but since that was not how things happened, it led to her feeling betrayed by both her friend and brother. Louise too offered her side and tried to explain to Grace that she has been a very good friend to the latter and her feeling the way that she feels is completely wrong. Soon enough Louise noticed that Grace was very disinterested in her explanations and it was then that she decided to walk away while Grace was still talking leaving the latter fuming. It's the season finale next week and as the curtains come down on the first chapter of 'The Busch Family Brewed' and it seems like it will be an explosive one with us finding out if the friends settle the matter amicably or turn the party into a screaming match.
