LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: 'The Boys' Season 4 Episode 6 premiered on Thursday, July 4 on Prime Video and features many non-supe characters including Rober Singer.

Robert Singer (Jim Beaver) isn't a Supe but has been a recurring character since 'The Boys' Season 1. He continues his role into 'The Boys' Season 4, Episode 6 titled 'Dirty Business'.

So Who exactly is Robert Singer, and what role does he play in the series' overall plan?

Robert Singer, a former soldier who fought in the Vietnam War, served as the US Secretary of Defense in 'The Boys' Season 2. He met with Stan Edgar to discuss the involvement of Supes in the military.

In 'The Boys' Season 4, Singer is the Democrat President-elect of the United States, with Congresswoman Victoria Neuman as his Vice President-elect.

Singer sought an alliance with Annie, aka Starlight, to counter Homelander's supporters. However, this alliance came to an end after Starlight attacked Firecracker on live TV.

Jim Beaver's character, Robert Singer, carries a nod to his role in 'Supernatural', where he played Bobby Singer, alongside the show's producer named Robert Singer.

In 'The Boys' Season 4, Episode 6, Homelander and Victoria Neuman revealed their plan to use the 25th Amendment Act to remove the President from office. They successfully convinced government officials to support them.

The plan involves replacing President Robert Singer with Vice President Victoria Neuman if successful.

Under the 25th Amendment Act of the US Constitution, the vice-president can assume the presidency in cases of the president's death, or resignation.

Victoria Neuman's ambition to become president in the show suggests she might consider killing President Singer. However, this action could expose her as a Supe.

Given the show's direction, it seems likely that she may eventually take such drastic steps.

Whether she decides to kill Robert Singer or not, Victoria Neuman is certainly aiming for his position in 'The Boys' Season 4.
