'The Blacklist' Season 7 Episode 8: Will Agnes break her pinky promise to Katarina and expose her real identity to Liz?

Katarina, who has been pretending to be a friendly neighborhood old lady to her estranged daughter Liz, has been babysitting baby Agnes for a while now, and her double life seems to have finally caught up with her.

With so many of our favorite NBC shows going on fall break after this week, ‘The Blacklist’ fans can rejoice that Red (James Spader), Liz (Megan Boon), and everyone at the Task Force will continue to be on our TV screens deep into December, and the upcoming ‘The Hawaladar’ will set the stage for what can be expected from the rest of the year. As we know, Katarina (Laila Robins) has tracked down Ilya Koslov aka The Stranger aka Frank Bloom (Brett Cullen) and is making strides in whatever she has planned to do, but there may be a huge dent in her plan.

Katarina, who has been pretending to be a friendly neighborhood old lady to her estranged daughter Liz, has been babysitting baby Agnes for a while now, and her double life seems to have finally caught up with her. Over the course of this season, we have seen her use Anges' attachment to her, to go over to Liz's apartment all too often. She has bugged the place and even has enough intel on the FBI to function under the radar. She also used Liz's trust in her to sneak around and get enough information to get to Ilya.

However, something she could not have predicted happened when Agnes got inadvertently involved in one of her operations. Naively, she got Agnes to Pinky promise that she would not speak of it to Liz, but we know that under the right circumstances and the right pressure, the child will reveal what she saw to her mother. This promises to be true now, more than ever before, because of the synopsis for the upcoming 'The Hawaladar' reads: " Liz receives some disturbing news from her daughter, Agnes."

We wonder if she will realize now that the nice old lady who seems to have appeared out of nowhere is actually her murderous mother. Liz's competency as an FBI profiler is already under scrutiny for failing to recognize this so far, but if she fails to join the dots even now, there will be no redemption for her.

Season 7 Episode 8 of 'The Blacklist', titled 'The Hawaladar' airs Friday, November 22.
