With the first rose ceremony done, 'The Bachelorette' contestants are now down to 23 men from 30. Each of them is now gunning to win a spot in Michelle's heart and more importantly, score that all-important rose at the end of each episode. With group dates and solo date cards now available, everyone is trying to stand out, in order to score the latter.

For the first group date of the season, Brandon, Romeo, Rick, PJ, LT, Olu, Will, Peter, Casey and Daniel made the cut. And while they were excited to spend time with Michelle, these 10 men were in for quite the surprise.

Michelle is rather vocal about how passionate she is about her career. So, the first group date put the men in the classroom with Miss Young. Joined by three kids, Mia, Riley and Kennedy, the men found themselves in a 'Are You Smarter Than a Fifth Grader' kind of challenge, where the kids put their math and science skills, along with their spelling capabilities to the test. This brought about everyone's competitive streak as it all boiled down to standing out and getting the right answers. Peter seemed to go above and beyond, much to the other men's annoyance. But things truly spiraled when the group was asked to spell 'narcissist' and Will wrote Peter's name instead. Although it was a harmless joke, Peter was thoroughly riled up, as he believed that this made him look bad in front of Michelle and the kids.

Fans believed Will might have truly had a point if nothing else. "If Peter doesn’t give off “here for the wrong reason vibes” get your eyes checked #TheBachelorette" tweeted a fan. "Peter in the spotlight but not in a good way. Peter can't spell Narcissist, he just IS one. #TheBachelorette" added another. "Peter ‘a narcissist only thinks about themselves’…….also Peter ‘what about me? I was making such great progress. What about me?’ #TheBachelorette" agreed another. "Peter, sweetheart. Will didn’t have to call you a narcissist for Michelle to see it. #TheBachelorette" chimmed in a fan.

The men weren't the only ones who were done with Peter's behaviour, as Mia, one of the kids did not waste any moment to call him out on his behaviour when he was being a bother to the group. Mia instantly became a Bachelor Nation fav.
"I love that this 11 year old girl is just not having any of Peter’s nonsense. #TheBachelorette" tweeted a fan. "This little girl is probably the highlight of the season #TheBachelorette" added another. "All those in favor of making Mia the next Bachelor Franchise hostess?  #Bachelorette" added a fan. "If Mia heard Peter whispering then I know Michelle did. She must've been ignoring him lool" joked another.

Later during the date, Will and Peter had a heated argument as Peter maintained that he was disrespected. Michelle later took him aside for a conversation and pointed out that his anger was a cause of concern because if he was so upset over something this small, she would very likely piss him off at some point.
