'The Bachelorette': JoJo Fletcher, Arie Jr and ex Benoit Beausejour-Savard congratulate Clare Crawley and Dale Moss
In the words of host Chris Harrison, Clare Crawley truly blew up 'The Bachelorette' this season. Fans knew it was going to be a totally messy affair months before the show began to air and it was confirmed that things were about to get crazy after Clare declared that she'd just met her husband, two minutes after meeting Dale for the first time on the show. The two holed up in her suite for 18 hours while the rest of her suitors unionized, waiting for some answers about where they stood.
They did have an idea that Clare was falling for Dale and didn't appreciate their time being wasted like that. The unrest among the men was alarming, Chris Harrison had to step in to keep the peace for some time. Later on, Clare addressed the situation, offering a half-baked explanation about her having found love with Dale. Kenny Braasch asked her to apologize for not giving them a fair chance and the Internet ripped Clare apart after she refused to do so.
While Clare has managed to ruffle a lot of feathers and rubbed people the wrong way, there are a lot of supporters who are all for her love for Dale, this also includes a couple of members of the 'Bachelor' family. JoJo Fletcher was on Season 20 of 'The Bachelor' and the frontwoman of 'The Bachelorette' Season 12. She got engaged to Jordan Rodgers on the final episode of her season and she left the sweetest message for Clare on her post.
"Congrats you two!! You stayed true to yourself and it paid off! We are proud of you!" she wrote. Arie Luyendyk Jr. too chimed in to convey his wishes to Clare. "Congrats you two!! Love does win ❤️" he wrote. Like Clare, Arie too had enraged Bachelor Nation fans after he broke off his engagement with Becca Kufrin and chose Lauren Burnham who he's now married to.
Clare's ex-fiance Benoît Beauséjour-Savard too dropped a congratulatory message in Clare's comments section. "You deserve all the love and happiness!! Happy for you two," he wrote. Benoit first met Clare on 'The Bachelor Winter Games' back in 2018 and got engaged. However, their romance fizzled out and the two decided to part ways but continue to be friends to date.
'The Bachelorette' airs Tuesdays at 8 pm ET on ABC.
